MarSyt Business Development Position - Wisconsin & Northeast USA

  MarSyt is a science-based Animal Nutrition company that is based in Elizabethtown Pa. This position will continue to grow and expand on a territory that has already been established with several strategic partner feed companies and nutritionists. You will utilize MarSyt’s Worldwide network of research-based additive partners and their research and on-farm knowledge.

What you will be doing:

  • New business development focus, where leveraging current industry network and contact relationships will be critical. While nurturing and expanding existing customers.

  • Build strategic partnerships with current customers in the territory through regular sales calls and participation in industry meetings to ensure alignment on business strategy.

  • Contribute to the development and strong sales growth of the US sales team.

  • Maintain close relationship with marketing, technical sales support specialists, and customer service to secure alignment on business strategy.

  • Professionally represent the MarSyt brand at all times by adhering to the highest ethical standards.

A successful candidate for this Position will possess the following:

  • 3+ years of PROVEN sales performance and experience in the animal production industry.

  • Solid animal nutrition experience and advanced knowledge in ruminants.

  • Good level of contacts within the dairy production segment, consulting nutritionists and feed company nutritionists.

  • Self-directed/Self Starter/Self-Motivated with competitive attitude

  • Competency in MS Office and other related technologies

  • Understanding of agricultural business and customer and market dynamics


Total compensation will be commensurate with your experience and abilities. Base salary and a linear commission program without caps.
